Where and when will these RYC™ classes be?
I have secured a great venue for a weekly group Restore Your Core class. This will be on Thursdays 6-7pm in Shadwell, starting 21st September. It will be just £5 per class (thanks to support from Tower Hamlets Community Housing) and your first class is free. I may also be offering other group classes and one-to-ones in-person or by Skype. Please see my schedule, sign up to my mailing list or follow me on social media for more info.
